The PPS weighing platform from Cogo Bilance is designed for use in particularly harsh or corrosive industrial environments.
The oversized structure and reinforced frame, combined with internal anti-tilt and swing-limit systems, ensure protection even in the presence of shocks or overloads.
Available in above-floor (PPS) or flush-mounted (PPSF) versions, it is ideal for environments such as chemical, food or heavy logistics industries.
The platform can also be configured in stainless steel with IP68 cells for maximum resistance to external agents.
DETAILS
Structure: reinforced, designed to absorb shocks, kickbacks and accidental impacts.
Frame: PPS: with outer protective frame, for above-floor installation. PPSF: with integrated crowning edge, for flush pit installation.
Load cells: 4 cells with IP67 protection as standard; available in IP68 stainless steel on request.
Swinging frame on balls: provides high capacity to absorb kickback from forklifts or trolleys.
Options: AISI304 stainless steel version; custom made to order.
Applications: heavy industry, chemical, food, logistics, environments with risk of corrosion or mechanical damage.
Standards: complies with European metrology standards-Accuracy Class III.
