Cogo Bilance’s WK3 is a high-performance digital transmitter designed to convert the signal from load cells into digital or analog data that can be easily integrated into automation and control systems.
Its ultra-compact design (only 23 mm thick), 5-digit LED display, and DIN-rail mounting capability make it an ideal choice for installations in industrial switchboards where space is limited.
Also available with optional Profibus-DP or DeviceNet interfaces, the WK3 offers great versatility and configurability

Display: 5-digit red LED (7 mm), with 2 built-in status LEDs.
Mounting: on DIN rail (EN 60715).
Power supply: 24 Vdc ±10%, protected against reverse polarity.
Cells supported: up to 4 cells of 350Ω, powered at 4 Vdc / 50 mA.
Logic inputs/outputs: 2 opto-isolated 24 Vdc PNP inputs. 2 opto-isolated relay outputs (24 Vdc, 1 A).
Analog outputs:Up to 2 independent outputs, 16 bits (0-10 V, 5 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA).
Serial outputs: RS232 and RS485, with ASCII and Modbus RTU protocols.
Optional: built-in Profibus-DP or DeviceNet interfaces.
Accuracy: Internal A/D resolution: 24 bits. Linearity: < 0.01% F.S. (analog: 0.03% F.S.). Thermal drift: < 0.001% F.S. /°C (analog: 0.002% F.S. /°C).
