Periodic calibration and verification services
Cogo Bilance offers a wide range of calibration-related services, from periodic checks to verification activities.
Our laboratories are accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development and we base our expertise on 150 years of experience in the main industrial sectors.
Periodic verification
Cogo Bilance is enabled, through its CB laboratory, to periodically check by law every three years or in case of repair. We are authorized to periodically check scales from 0.1 to 200000 kg.
Check first
Cogo Bilance can perform the First Check on its products with the issue of the Certificate of Conformity.
Maintenance
Cogo Bilance performs ordinary and extraordinary maintenance both mechanical and electronic both on its own production plants and on weighing systems of every brand and type. A well-stocked spare parts warehouse and the existence of authorized assistance centers allow intervening quickly and economically.
Calibrations
Cogo Bilance can perform calibrations for the purpose of checking functionality and precision of scales having a capacity from 0.1 to 200000 kg. These checks are performed with calibrated sample masses and referable to primary weights and are indispensable for obtaining quality certifications.
Software
Cogo Bilance has a laboratory with its own software engineers for the creation and maintenance of standard and customized weighing and management software. We can also perform maintenance and installations remotely.
Disassembly and Reassembly
Cogo Bilance performs the disassembly and reassembly service of the systems, also taking care of the transport, testing and calibration in the new installation site.
