Cogo Scales and Race UP: Innovation and Precision for the Future of Electric Mobility

We are proud to announce our collaboration with the University of Padua through the prestigious Race UP project, a Formula Student team that stands out for its innovation and passion in the field of electric and sustainable mobility.
During the 2023-2024 season, Cogo Scales has provided crucial support through its state-of-the-art weighing systems and our established know-how.

Thanks to our technology, the team was able to check the weight of the cars accurately and quickly, a key aspect in optimizing performance on the track.
Precision in the design and testing phases has been instrumental in the Race UP Team’s successes in major international events, such as Formula Student Austria and Formula Student Germany, as well as excelling in its home competition, Formula ATA.

Results of the 2023-2024 Season:

• Hybrid Division: With the MG19.24H project, developed from scratch, the team achieved excellent placements in static tests at the Red Bull Ring.
• Electric Division: The RGe-07 electric car improved reliability and performance, placing as the second and first Italian team in its category in Formula ATA.
• Driverless Division: For the first time, the team participated in static tests with the new driverless design and obtained excellent design evaluations.

These extraordinary results reflect the ongoing commitment and focus on quality that Cogo Scales and Race UP share. Our contribution with advanced weighing systems enabled the team to monitor and optimize the cars, helping to achieve world-class performance.
