Smart Stairs entirely conceived, designed and manufactured by Cogo Scales revolutionizes weighing by making the scale a real integrated control system. The management software in-cloud of Smart Scale can receive dozens of data in real time through the details sensors installed directly on the weighing system by allowing verification not only of normal weight and access data, but also a range of other data related to operating conditions such as room temperature, moisture level, orientation, positioning, inclination, any blows suffered, visualization of operations via IP camera and anything else that may be needed to integrate the scale into the industrial production cycle. Smart Scale will be released in two web-app versions, “Basic” and “Cloud” and will allow operators to be always updated on the status of the scale and the “quality” of weighing as well as in the most comprehensive version, to receive alerts and reports direct push, even on mobile, both on tablets and smartphones. There is no denying the advantages and the resulting savingsin reducing the amount of wrong weighings under suboptimal conditions. By then hooking the system up with the Cogobilance “scheduler” for periodic audits, (by the way, Cogobilance has already accredited itself to have the iso 17025 certification that is essential to carry out the audits read here ) the user will always be up-to-date on deadlines, avoiding stoppages or heavy penalties.
